In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the cr717 Platform, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you irrevocably agree to these Terms, including any documents incorporated by reference — specifically the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cr717 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, and agreements, whether oral or written.

cr717 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Accounts are not transferable under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cr717 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances. cr717 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to notify cr717's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any suspected compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious transaction activity. cr717 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

cr717 offers two-factor authentication as an additional security layer. Members are strongly encouraged to enable this feature. We reserve the right to temporarily lock any Account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending identity verification by the account holder.

All deposits to cr717 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cr717 supports the following verified Indonesian payment channels:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits made via e-wallet are typically credited to your cr717 Balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take up to 15 minutes depending on your bank's processing schedule.

cr717 does not charge fees on standard IDR deposit transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own service charges, for which cr717 assumes no responsibility.

All deposited funds must be derived from lawful sources. cr717 applies anti-money-laundering controls and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds as part of its KYC obligations. Deposits suspected of originating from unlawful activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the cr717 cashier. All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

cr717 targets the following processing times for withdrawal requests:

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Processed within 5 minutes of approval under standard conditions.
• Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): Processed within 10 minutes of approval under standard conditions, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

cr717 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated at the point of request and may differ by payment method. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of normal banking hours may experience minor delays for bank transfer channels.

Before processing any withdrawal, cr717 may require completion of identity verification (KYC). This includes submission of a government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be held pending KYC completion and will be released promptly upon successful verification.

cr717 reserves the right to apply a security review to withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that occur immediately after a significant deposit without adequate wagering activity, or that exhibit patterns consistent with bonus abuse or money laundering. Withdrawals may be delayed during such reviews, but cr717 commits to completing all legitimate reviews within 48 hours of initiating them.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are to be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all cr717 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

1. Bonus offers are available to eligible registered members only. New member welcome bonuses are available solely on a member's first qualifying deposit.
2. Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance. Real-money funds are used first in all betting activity; Bonus Funds are applied thereafter.
3. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and minimum odds are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
4. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
5. cr717 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has begun meeting its wagering requirements, any outstanding Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account without replacement.
6. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering on opposing sides of the same event, or exploiting errors in bonus mechanics — will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances and may result in permanent account suspension.
7. cr717 may cap the maximum winnings convertible from Bonus Funds to real money at a stated amount. This cap, where applicable, will be disclosed in the specific promotion's terms.

All bets placed on the cr717 sportsbook and casino products are subject to the product-specific rules published within the Platform. The following general principles apply across all cr717 betting products:

• Once a bet is confirmed by cr717's system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where cr717's in-play cash-out feature is available and the Player elects to use it.
• cr717 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event in which the outcome was already known at the time of betting, or on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or determined to have been subject to match-fixing or irregular wagering patterns.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, cr717 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the respective accounts. cr717 will not be liable for losses arising from system errors.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market type, and event.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must be settled as winners for the full accumulator payout to apply. Void selections reduce the accumulator's leg count but do not void the entire bet. Minimum odds per selection for accumulator bonus eligibility are stated in the relevant sportsbook rules.
• cr717 casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software. All game providers on the Platform are tested and certified by independent technical testing laboratories.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cr717 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent account review process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players, athletes, officials, or any other party with influence over an event's outcome.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform's software or payment systems for financial gain.

• Sharing or selling your Account credentials, or allowing any other person to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward cr717's customer support staff or other Platform users.

All content on the cr717 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, audio, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the exclusive property of cr717 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

1. Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from cr717.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform's software.
3. Use the cr717 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without our express written permission.
4. Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of cr717's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cr717, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or information stored in connection with your Account.
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arises from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance placed on information, game statistics, or odds displayed on the Platform that contain errors.

cr717's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim, regardless of its nature, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cr717 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cr717's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

cr717 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request by cr717.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, device, or payment method.
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• A Player's request for voluntary self-exclusion under cr717's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, cr717 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Balance. Where closure is initiated by cr717 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable time.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting cr717 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlements or pending withdrawal requests, which will be processed in the normal course.

The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the cr717 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through customer support.
